Purpose of the position: to work closely among different business lines/brands/departments locally and globally in the controlling department.

Ideal profile:
*Being experienced in financial/business analysis;
*Good understanding of commercial operation;
*Proficient Excel and PowerPoint;
*Fluent English, both spoken and written;

Job Accountabilities:
*Analyze Company's buying strategy and capacity bottleneck identify the sourcing needs and finalize the purchase structure of individual brand.
*Manage the suppliers in terms of set-up of score card, monitoring the performance at different level, proposing the improvement plan and keeping track with the daily execution.
*Responsible to production capacity, follow up the seasonal plan to secure the capacity safety.
*Manage annual business target and assure achievement of the objectives. (Set up the solid supplier structure base on sales target/production area diversification strategy);
*Standardize the key operation process, identify/create the effective control point and lead the cross functional project;
*Coordinate the Business Intelligent project with head office; develop methodologies to support the business development;
