Essential Function / Responsibilities

- Maintain deep knowledge in tax legislation and timely adopt the tax regulation update

- Advise management regarding the tax risk and impact on corporate strategies, is able to identify tax planning opportunities to optimize overall tax efficiency

- Proceed tax accounting under multiple accounting standards (local and US GAAP)

- Prepare quarterly current and deferred tax calculations under US GAAP

- Submit regular reporting to tax authorities in a timely manner

- Be responsible for monthly tax reconciliation and declaration, apply for tax certifications, ensure the accuracy, completeness and compliance before filing with local tax authority

- Coordinate with tax authorities over tax related issues

- Assist for tax audit and provide other required reports by tax authorities

- Maintain close contact and keep strong working relationship with tax authorities

- Coordinate with other governments(SAFE,MOFCOM, etc,) for submission of required documents and business demand

- Other accounting tasks, such as assets management


Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in finance area with 2 years in tax aspect, prefer with multinational environment.

- Solid understanding of China tax regulations, tax practice as well as PRC/US GAAP

- Good interpersonal skill and efficient communication skill with internal and external customers

- Good in using Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP is a meaningful plus.

- Good written and spoken English
