Key areas of responsibility:

- Product realization of CFLi, I&H, Fluo Lighting products

- Manage Product Creation Process to ensure that, within the resources limits, the right product is released for mass production at the right time for the right customer with the right quality & cost

- Project definition

- Project planning & change management

- Coordinator multi disciplinary project team from development, supply chain, purchasing, GTD ,quality, PM and product management

- Project review and progress reporting and communication with stakeholders

Support the daily operation work in the 3rd supplier in China and oversea CFLi I&H,Fluo product Philips factory

Main Experience Required:

- More than 5 years working experiences, and with 3 years in project management.

- Preferable to have the experiences to CFLi ,I&H,Fluo lamp process.

- Preferable to have the experiences to mechanic and electrical on production line.

- Has the experience to work in the CFL I&H,Fluo lamp factory.

- Familiar with the product creation process of mechanical and/or electrical kinds of products

- Proved project management experience in successful projects
