Job Profile
Manage and Fulfill Transportation Orders:
1. Order receiving, planning and dispatching, track and trace, POD signing, return and filing.
2. Problem Solving and Emergency Response
3. Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
4. Billing and Payment Collection
Manage carrier to ensure service and quality
1. KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
2.Optimization and Process Engineering to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness, with support from Companies Operation Development and Vendor Management.

Requirement
1.Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
2.Fresh “Straight A” university graduate, or 1-3 years hands on experience on transportation operation or related
3.Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong execution capability
4.Passionate and strong team sprit
5.Good MS office in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management or Visio.
6.Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
