Responsibilities
Communicate with OEM and R&D regarding design/production issues.
Work closely with PD and oversee all mechanical issues.
Review OEM production line readiness and document of PMP/SOP
Review the following items during NPI phases:
Review design readiness
Assembly fixture and equipment development
Key process parameter DOE validation
Quality issue and Yield rate improvement
Failure analyse and provide solution
Review the following items in MP phases:
Quality issue and Yield rate improvement
Failure analyse and provide solution
Lesson learn and knowledge maintain

Requirements
BS degree in ME and 5+ years of experience in issue debug.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Be able to work independently under high pressure and tight schedule.
Hands-on experience and good understanding on:
Mechanical design review
Assembly fixture development
Key process parameter DOE validation
Auto-assembly equipment development
Yield improvement
Product characterisation
