Responsibilities
Communicate with ODM and R&D regarding design/production issues.
Work closely with ODM and oversee all test-related issues.
Review the following items during NPI phases:
- Test plan & coverage
- Test efficiency & cost
Initiate/review the following items during MP phase:
- Test time reduction
- Yield improvement

Requirements
BS degree in EE and 3+ years of experience in test-related industries.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Be able to work independently under high pressure and tight schedule.
Hands-on experience and/or good understanding on:
- GRR & Cpk
- Yield improvement
- Test time reduction
- Product characterization
- Test plan
- ATE
Experience on any of the following fields is a plus:
- Automation development
- RF testing including but not restricted to BT & WiFi
