职位描述
岗位职责：
1：协助业务与各部门沟通与合作，及时的传达客户要求
2：掌握并跟进项目进度与状况，准确及时的向业务反映情况，以确保按时按质的完成客户项目
3：记录和传达项目期间所遇到或潜在的问题点，并进行分析与总结
4. 整理和归档相关工作资料
1：协助业务与各部门沟通与合作，及时的传达客户要求
2：掌握并跟进项目进度与状况，准确及时的向业务反映情况，以确保按时按质的完成客户项目
3：记录和传达项目期间所遇到或潜在的问题点，并进行分析与总结
4. 整理和归档相关工作资料
任职要求：
1：大专及以上学历；能熟练使用office等常用办公软件；
2：良好组织协调能力；沟通能力以及人际交往能力；
3：具备分析问题和解决问题的能力；清晰的思路与逻辑
4：有客服相关经验或互联网推广能力者优先考虑。
