Position: 高速连接器产品开发（高级）工程师

Responsibility:
1. Work closely with the engieering teams to execute and provide input into new products and processes
2. Key input into the development of Connectors (DFM)
3. Develop process flows, control plans, identify CTF, PFMEA and process documentation
4. Define scope of work for automated equipment. Quote, purchase and implement equipment
5. Interface with customers on quality issues. Create and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards.
6. Develop packaging with suppliers for the connectors and components as needed.
7. Transfer product and processes to our low cost manufacturing facilities (Travel 20% of the time)
8. Implement data collection on key processes with real time feedback to the assembly process.
9. Design small tooling and fixtures to support assembly, test and inspection.

Requirement:
1. BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Materials or Mechanical) plus 2-5 years relevant experience
2. Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes from component manufacture, assembly, and application use.
3. Strong problem solving skills, capable of using data to analyze process and product problems – SPC, Six Sigma Tools, etc.
4. Experience in high speed stamping, injection molding, precious metal plating or manufacturing connector background preferred
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
7. Soildwork CAD software experience a plus
