职位描述
The role will:
01. Handle product transfer and new product set up.
02. Support production by assessing product engineering issues on production line.
03. Improved quality and production yield.
04. Participate to improvements to methodologies to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency.
05. Perform failure analysis on product issues.
06. Interact with customer and related departments on related issues like engineering changes, new model development.
07. Work with design team to resolve design issues.
08. Participate to cost reduction activity.
09. Modify work instructions
10. Training technicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
01. Bachelor degree, majoring in electronics or related.
02. With 2+ years experience related PCBA process. Be familiar with new product setup & transfer and be good at project lead and implement.
03. Familiar with PFMEA, SPC, 7Step. With Lean & 6 Sigma concept is preferred.
04. Familiar with DFX, FA.
05. Have enough SMT&PTH process trouble shooting and improvement experience.
06. Good English skills both in reading and writing.
