Job Descriptions

1. Ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor the monthly, quarterly, yearly closing process and coordinate between FSSC & regional team.
- Review AL group financial statements including P&L, Cashflow, Balance sheet, WCR, Investment and other specific indicators.
- Review the local statutory reporting & Tax calculation.
2. Provide compliant and feasible financial solutions to business requirements and special transactions. Perform internal control & risk management
3. Cost management
- Monitor and provide solutions in order to allocate all costs into the proper cost centers.
- Produce regular reports related to cost centers and review them with the owner of the cost center.
- Provide valuable cost analysis.
4. Lead budgeting & reforecast process
- Sets up the Budgeting/Reforecast planning with Management team of the in charge entities, coordinate with other central/regional finance teams.
- Provide suitable templates and methods, lead all departments/entities along the process.
- Reviews & validates the P&L, Investment & capex assumption, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.
5. Fulfill the special financial rolls of regional headquarter.
- Provide financial services to Asia-Pacific Zone head office and Shanghai hub of WBLs.
- Ensure proper accounting and costing.
- Facilitates decisions/process about Shared Service Charges, project labor cost charge, etc. with Business and Functional teams
6. Ad hoc tasks


Requirements

1. Solid accounting knowledge, IFRS, Chinese Accounting Standard. CPA Preferred. Familiar with financial and tax regulations.
2. Understanding of Corporate Finance.
3. Good at communication and collaboration, strong interpersonal skills and influence capability.
4. Fluent English verbal and writing
5. Structure thinking, reasonable process oriented, self-motivation, challenging mind
6. Good at managing multiple tasks within given timeline and able to work under pressure
7. Strong analytic skills and hands-on attitude.
8. 8y+ working experiences related to accounting and finance management.
