职位描述
Job Duty:
-Provide first-level application support in troubleshooting and escalation to vendor, where necessary
-Coordinate and work with SMEs and Regional IT Support to further improve the IT operational processes
-Work with project team for new application support handover with proper documentation, training and guidance
-Regularly update management via established reporting templates for progress updates.
-Ensure systems/application documentation is kept up-to-date.
-Assume responsibility for tasks as directed by supervisors
-Ensure compliance to IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures.
- Lead the set - up of Helpdesk Application Support Team in Panyu, including integrating responsibilities, process, people, and linkage to other IT functions and other department.
-Transform IT strategies and policies into standard processes and operations through close work relations with central team in HK and Hub IT.
-Lead the Helpdesk Application Team to develop the standardized process and universal service that meet the needs of internal customers from a quality and
-Cultivating customer awareness and acceptance of helpdesk application service.
Requirement:
-A recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information System or its equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application/Helpdesk in a trading industry
-Minimum 3 years of Project Management Experience
-Highly result oriented and can work independently and also as a team
-Good analytical, technical and reporting skills.
-Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin skill
-PMP, ITIL certificate is a plus
