Responsibility:
1. Responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance Excellence work processes and metrics across existing and new Manufacturing Plants in Asia area.
2. Provide support related plants in order to enable them to ensure the reliability and availability of their assets and equipment with minimized efforts by preparing, managing, and moderating FMEA or RCM studies in a team with technical employees.
3. Responsible for building up and improving maintenance performance management system for sites in China, to achieve reliability, mechanical integrity by optimizing site maintenance strategy and to reducing equipment life-cycle cost.

Requirement:
1. Over 15 years operation working experience in chemical industry.
2. Over 10 years maintenance and reliability working experience and has own ideal in reliability.
3. Prefer candidates from high-risk industry.
4. Can work under pressure.
