Requirements:
-2 years working experiences, with at least 2 years in Windows server 2003/2008, Active Directory, hand held devices and video conference facilities
-Knowledge in MS office 2010 and supporting Citrix Xenapp 6.5, user training experience or presentation skills
-Customer-focus
-Able to follow instruction and standard procedure
-Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with fluent in listening and speaking of English and Mandarin

Job Description:
-Provide first-line user support for email, LAN/WAN, PC hardware and o/s, remote access, desktop applications, business applications, video conferencing, hand held devices setup
-Provide first-line support for server operations
-Record and analyze helpdesk calls
-Prepare and maintain documentation of IT
-Proactive training or users on software and system usage
-Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware&S40, maintain procedures, manuals and other relevant documentation
-On site duty and irregular working hours may required
