岗位职责：
1、参与拟定和实施公司发展战略与年度经营计划，并定期向GM汇报工作计划的实施情况。
2、负责提升终端网点覆盖与促进门店销售，达成零售渠道任务；建立、健全线下店辅管理部门的标准管理体系,组织编制、完善部门工作流程与规范，
3、维护和协调以及所有自营门店与市场合作方的租金谈判。
4、制定年度工作计划、年度销售目标及经营预算费用的完成工作。
5、负责零售、批发日常订备货计划，协调大客户部的库存调整，负责仓库积压产品协调处理。
6、店铺人员的日常管理，巡店，保证各门店正常运营，确保企业品牌的高端、健康的形象。
7、每月审核店长的工作计划报告及零售门店的销售业绩，带领团队完成年度门店销售指标。

职位要求：
1、专科及以上学历；英文四级及以上。
2、5年以上零售店辅管理的从业经验.红酒，进口食品优先考虑。
３、具备敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和方向的能力，全盘的销售管理能力；优秀的品牌销售和组织策划能力
４、具有强烈的责任心、事业心，具备独立解决问题的能力、很强的抗压能力，敢于接受新挑战；
