Hiring Position: Process Engineer I

Org: PE Process Engineer Sustain Team, Process Engineering Department

Job Description:

· Work with cross function team (Quality/Manufacture/Equipment/Test/RND) to maintain and continuously improve the overall product yield.

· Responsible for DA (Die Attach) process including die attach and cure;

· Generate recipe and perform process optimization for DA process;

· Do failure analysis and come out containment action and root cause;

· Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data;

· Evaluation new material, optimize process flow;

· Review and define SOP(Standard of Procedure), WI(Work Instruction), Guide Line, Control Plan, OCAP and other related documents;

· Master SPC control chart method to control process variation;

Requirements:

· Master Degree or above with Major in Material Science, Polymer Science, or Electrical Engineering (Focus on Device Physics);

· Good to have internship experience or knowledge on semiconductor packaging;

· Good to have a strong interest in electronic gadgets;

· Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;

· Hard working, and be able to work under high pressure
