职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Serving as internal consultant to HRBPs and business leaders in implementing talent management cycle, including talent & succession planning, performance management and career planning & development.
2. Supervising the planning and implementation of talent and leadership development portfolio in Greater China through collaborating with Talent Development and HR Shared Service.
3. Responsible for diagnosing critical talent needs in Greater China, partnering with talent development team in developing appropriate interventions which may including programs, processes, tools and so on.
4. Responsible for communication and execution of competency framework/resources, talent development policies, processes and tools in Greater China, such as Competency Framework, assessment tools, PIP, Make Your Career Count toolkits, etc.
5. Partnering with HR Shared Service in deploying the training courses, and monitors progress to ensure that implementation is achieved on time, budget and in line with agreed standards.
6. Procuring service from external training consultants where necessary, and ensure they are appropriately managed, monitored, and comply with confidentiality agreements of company.
7. Ensures effective communication with management, HR business partners and employees.
Qualification required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.
2. Preferably 7 years plus working experience in either HR, learning, business or consultancy related roles with a proven performance track record.
3. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
