+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop workforce to higher skill level better quality efficient and better attitude Lead the continuous improvement of the manufacturing teams skills including Production Engineers, Team Leaders and Workers. This includes team building, hiring practices; training at all levels and other activities as deemed required to increase the teams skill level
+ Follow up the safety rules from the government and company. Insure compliance of the entire manufacturing staff with company and government safety and work environment rules and laws
+ Insure that the manufacturing plant is always clean and organized
+ Set up goals for the processing. Direct and actively participate in the development and implementation of a program to continuously reduce manufacturing time for standard products
+ Improve methods for processes. Direct and actively participate in the development and implementation of a program to document and improve manufacturing process standards
+ Planning manpower, floor space and material flow based on the master schedule. Plan and record actual manpower, floor space, tooling requirement and material flow for all active projects based on the schedule provided by the Director of Manufacturing
+ Workshop production cost control (Statistical analysis of daily production workshop, seek to improve, improve the production efficiency.) Assist the Director of Manufacturing in the development and control of the Manufacturing Departments Annual Budget and monitor monthly costs to insure they are in compliance with the budget goals
+ Timely and superior leadership and other department communication, solve production process incident. Interface with other departments as required in a timely, professional manner supporting a team work type environment with other departments
+ Responsible for equipment factory tour, organize production personnel related analysis the paper, then the question, will solve the problem. Provide support to Sales and Management during customer visits
+ Assist Director of Manufacturing to establish or give production plan task, management staff, responsible for ensuring that the team know your mission and complete the task of the time. Assist Director of Manufacturing in setting long term goals for the Manufacturing Group such as capital improvements (new crane or more manufacturing space) and increasing scope of capabilities such as increased manufacturing
+ As necessary he must go to the jobsite for supervisor. As necessary shall travel to job sites as requested by the Director of Manufacturing
+ Complete other tasks assigned by the Director of Manufacturing
+ Monitor and evaluate worker salary development in the Chinese labor market. Develop a positive working atmosphere among the workforce, understand and address workers needs with a reasonable cost approach
Requirements:
+ College degree or above
+ Graduate in mechanics major
+ Minimum 8 years' work experience related in mechanical manufacture field
+ Aggressive work attitude
+ Be able to work with patience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
+ Good communication and negotiation skill
+ Can use English for communication, as like oral communication, e-mail and so on
