职位描述
Our client is a US consumer electronics company which has a R&D center and 2 main manufacturing facilities in China.
Because of the fast development, they're looking for talents to make progress together.
Reports to: Vice General Manager
Subordinate (Directly): 2 QA Managers and 1 Supplier Quality Manager
Subordinate (Indirectly): QA Staff including IQC Senior Supervisors, QQC Senior Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Manage the whole QA team Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
Recommends and implements strategic changes in production line manufacturing and operations strategy.
Works with various functions at Headquarters including R&D, Product Management, Purchasing, etc.
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
Ensures compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics or Electronics engineering or science is preferred.
An experienced leader with a minimum of 10 years appropriate experience.
Be familiar with PCBA process is a MUST.
Understanding and practical application of ISO standards and processes.
Be skilled in quality tools such as QC 7 tools, MSA etc, Sixsigma GB is an advantage.
Be familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP, PMP/PCP/QCFC, DFM.
Be skilled in Process Qualification and Process/Engineering Change Control and besides NPI (New Process Introduction).
Good understanding of electronic or mechanical components such as PCB. Plastics, Metal, IC, LCD, DVD, RCL, and Package etc.
