职位描述
职责描述 Responsibilities:
1. Collection
1.1 Apply Credit to UK for customer per request from Sales & Marketing, maintain and update customer file.
1.2 Communicate with customer to track for payment based on monthly statement, push for payment when required, and feedback to higher level / Sales & Marketing for further action if customer reject to pay.
1.3 Assist UK/Singapore/Sydney to track for Spare Sales/MRO sales payment, push for payment when required, and feedback to UK/Singapore/Sydney.
1.4 Maintain and update the information system for A/R status.
1.5 Prepare monthly financial schedules for A/R.
2. Vendor / Customer Code
2.1 Liaise with UK for a code when a new vendor or customer is required to be created.
2.2 Create the Vendor / Customer in the information system after the code be approved
by UK, and advise the requestor.
2.3 Assist AP accountant to process some invoice voucher
3. Petty Cash
3.1 Process payments of petty cash to employee for reimbursements of expenses and / or advance cash payments on travel purpose, COD purchase.
3.2 Process payments to RSM for reimbursements of local daily expenses and travel expenses.
3.3 Process payments to Xi’an office for reimbursements of monthly expenses
3.4 Recharge the expenses of RSM/Xi’an office or other expenses to interco at the month end
3.5 Review the monthly expenses/Balance Sheet/Bank/Business Tax filing reconciliation
4. Fixed Assets
4.1 Verify the physical existence of the assets against the Fixed Assets registers.
4.2 Validate Capex Sanction & monitor the progress.
5. Ensure effective implementation of EHS policies
6. Other jobs assign by Finance Manager.
要求 Job Specification:
? Bachelor degree or above, with Accountant Certificate
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Computer knowledge in MS Office, Accounting System
? 1+ years accounting experience in JV
? Knowledge of SAP is preferred
