职位描述
工作职责:
- 负责客户服务团队的日常行政工作；
- 统计和制作各类业务运营数据和报表；
- 接听总机电话、处理客户电话留言、处理回访工作；
- 处理前线服务的跟进个案，确保达到既定的服务标准及客户满意度；
- 及时进行服务总结报告。
工作时间及薪酬福利：
- 每周工作5天，每天工作时间7.5小时；
- 入职后需要到广州接受入职培训，培训期间可享受交通津贴；
- 若符合相关条件，除基本工资外，还可享有职级津贴和年终花红，绩效优异者，每半年或一年可获薪资调整或晋升机会。
任职要求:
- 大专或以上学历，有2年以上行政工作从业经验尤佳；
- 良好的语言和文字表达能力，考虑周全、逻辑性强；
- 具有良好的人际关系处理和沟通能力；
- 熟练操作和运用计算机，熟练运用Microsoft office等办公软件；
- 有积极进取心和责任感，具团队合作精神。
