职位描述
The General Manager in Training has overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a business centre. They are clearly focused on generating new sales, supporting centre sales targets, whilst growing and retaining existing clients through the delivering of exceptional customer service. Ultimately, the actions and services provided by the General Manager in Training and their team are what attract our clients to Regus and what makes them stay.
Reports to: Area Director
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
ü Pro-actively self generates leads & effectively manages the pipeline generated through marketing.
Team Management
ü Responsible for inducting, training, managing, motivating, leading and developing a centre team.
ü Ensures that each Team Member is productive and providing the wow service Regus expects.
ü Conducts meetings in order to brief the team on daily workflow, prioritizing and delegating to the centre team in order to meet deadlines and customer needs.
Operations/Financial Management
ü Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centre’s success
ü Drives revenue for Regus by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue.
Client Retention/Client Relations
ü Retains and develops existing client relationships that result in new business leads and maximising client revenue potential.
ü Maximises retention and occupancy of the centre by retaining existing clients and proactively managing the renewal and expansion process.
ü Ensures the centre team is delivering exceptional customer service and client’s needs are handled effectively and efficiently.
ü Ensures front of house, housekeeping, health & safety, visual and brand company standards are delivered and maintained representative of a 5-star business.
Key Position Requirements:
ü Experience of self-generation of new business leads coupled with excellent account management skills.
ü Ability to manage and motivate teams to consistently deliver high performance
ü Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
ü Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
ü Thorough knowledge of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
