慕佰仕物流（MBS LOGISTICS）总部位于德国科隆，在欧洲和亚洲设有多间分公司和代表机构，并拥有强有力的全球代理网络。为了加快在大中华地区的业务发展，2010年公司在上海设立全资子公司，同时还在其它中国主要口岸城市设立分支机构，深化我们的网络覆盖。现招聘以下人员：
Job Requirements:
- College graduate or above, related major will be preferred
- Minimum 2 years working experience in air freight forwarding field. Familiar with sea freight operations will be privilege
- Good command of English on oral and written is MUST
- Familiar with MS software and PC operation.
- Customer service oriented, team work spirit, willing to take responsibility, attention to details.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer general enquiries.
- Handle the shipping orders from the customers as per overseas routing information and forecast.
- Update the information of Carrier, Space Status and Routing information into the company's operations systems.
- Send forecast to contract carriers by lane basis, manage our space allocation with the carriers
- Contact vendors, airlines, trucker and warehouse for shipping arrangement.
- Ensure all the required clearance documents well prepared.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, vendors, carriers, agents and overseas offices.
- Monitor the billing and collection process.

职位要求:
-了解海运操作的整个流程，时间观念强，能把握好货物运输的状态，能应对突发状况；
-英语良好，CET-4以上；
-有良好的责任心、耐心及团队合作精神；
-善于学习、沟通能力和抗压性强；
-物流/国际贸易专业优先考虑；
-有相关经验者优先考虑。
