职位:Sales Admin Assistance

职责:
1. Handle the daily affairs for business leader, including hotel and flight arrangement
2. Submit expense report, including car rental, printing, name card and etc.
3. Handle other finance related documents externally and internally, for example, report tax to
bureau by quarter
4. Prepare weekly report for South region sales teams
5. Chopping for PAS and seal management
6. Certificate renew
7. Meeting organization and preparation
8. Central reporting supporting to SOP team
9. Admin support to channel sales operation
10. Other job duties as assigned
要求:
1. BS degree
2. With replaced work experience
3. Detail orientated and hard working attitude
4. Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
5. Good communication skills
6. PC & MS office knowledge and skills
7. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
