职位描述
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support provides administrative service to the FM team. His / Her responsibility will include but not limited to:
1. Draft, compose, type and proof correspondence using current office software applications.
2. Create and sustain systems for retention, transfer and disposal of confidential information。
3. Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
4. Organize and manage calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department.
5. Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
6. Maintain office supplies.
7. Manage departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending.
8. Serve as an information resource and/or communication channel for policies and procedures and a resource for office related software applications.
9. Copy, collate, sort and distribute materials.
10. Maintain onsite records keeping.
11. Assist in preparation of management reports.
13. Assist the Account Manager in human resources matters such as recruitment and arranging for interviews to set up the onsite team during the transition period.
14. Assist Account Manager in handover works from contractors.
15. Other tasks as required under the formal management service agreement or as requested by the Account Manager.
Requirements:
General Education:
Essential:
University Degree in Secretary or other appropriate discipline.
Skills:
Essential:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience:
Essential:
5 years secretarial experience and above average shorthand and typing speed.
Personal Attributes:
Good personal presentation
Excellent command of English & Mandarin
Strong interpersonal skills
Honest & reliable

Ability to deliver on deadlines
