Finance & Accounting Manager(深圳)：

The ideal candidate should possess:
Qualified accountant with a bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting；Minimum 7 years relevant experience, in which at least 3 years in a similar capacity Solid exposure in manufacturing industry, audit firm or standard costing field would be an advantage；Sound knowledge of PRC accounting, foreign control, tax system and IFRS；Familiar with HK and PRC accounting and taxation requirements；Excellent VBA & computer skills；Previous work experience in Singapore / Malaysia is preferable；Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability；Good team spirit with effective interpersonal and communication skills；Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin。

Responsibilities:
Direct and monitor a range of accounting activities, including but not limited to accounts payable & receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, treasury control, etc to ensure the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant laws, regulations and standards；Prepare and review financial reports and accounting statements on a timely basis and present findings & recommendations to the senior management；Provide technical expertise and advice on accounting & financial issues to functional or business managers and facilitate them to develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports and manage their financial responsibilities；Lead, direct and develop a team of accounting & financial staff to ensure that all relevant functional activities are conducted effectively and consistently according to the company’s accounting policies and procedures。
