Job Description:
Summary:
. This position is responsible for providing finance planning, analysis, performance measuring and control for Regus East/West region.
. Regularly interact with business team to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management info analysis, reports and recommendations
. Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems
. Partnering with MD/AD in managing centre performance, oversee the approval of centre expenditures, etc.
. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards, serve on SOP making
. Responsible for cash management and funding solution
Essential functions:
1. Work closely with GSC team and China Adm Finance team to manage the reporting quality and accuracy.
2. Monthly closing: Lead the performance analysis of actual vs forecast. Carry out variance analysis through deep dive review with centre team
3. NCO: Participate in new project evaluation, review and monitor IC pack submission together with BD managers. Lease contract Provide valuable information to management team for decision making
4. Centre Operation: risk management in centre operation, e.g. credit control, information input accuracy, cash application, agency commission, etc.
5. Support financial policy development, enhance standardized finance process in Regus China
6. Support to ensure the compliance with law and regulations requirements on financial reporting
7. Support finance controller on forecast, profit plan and strategic plan activity.
8. Ad-hoc assignments & process improvement
Qualifications/education
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Over 8 years’ experience with a preference for someone who has had financial analysis experience
- Be a strong leader with good communication skills to deal with field and regional sales/operation team. Possess strong written and presentation skills and must be able to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Process driven, strict attention to details, deadline oriented.
- Similar industry working experiences are desired, with experiences in project management.
- Familiar with MS office tools, ERP applications.
