Accountabilities Card Operator:
Manage day to day smooth operation of the Centralised production of ID Cards and related Systems and procedures, according to defined standard process.
Input identity information into Access Control System accurately, and ensure is safe guarded according to Shell Data
Ensure individuals’ personal information is held in the Access Control Systems in a robust, controlled manner conforming to Data Protection legislation.
Ensure any issues identified related to the managing of Site ID cards are solved or escalated timely.
Ensure that Site ID cards are safeguarded.
Ensure only authorized staff and contractors are provisioned a Site ID card
Assist with the provision of basic reporting information when required

Security shift leader:
To understand the security context locally and associated risk factors.
To understand the state and local regulations and propose solutions that are fully compliant with them;
Support Security Manager on daily security operation.
Ensure on-site security guards performance align with site level security procedures (SOPs).
Quickly response to emergency issues and report to Security Manager timely.



Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience？ Good command of oral and written English
Good at computer/office software
Able to work independently, under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
High integrity.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
