Required Skills
[Required]:
1. BS in Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant software testing experience
2. Strong software testing related skills including test planning, estimation, test design, test execution and test reporting
3. Familiar with test management related process including test artifacts management and defect management
4. Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
5. Good communication skills in both mandarin/English
6. Strong interest in new technologies and able to pickup quickly
7. Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner

[Preferred]:
1. Excellent English writing skill for technical documentation is a plus
2. Experience in Insurance domain is preferred
