SOFTWARE RELEASE MANAGER (for L3 Support team)


Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure project delivery schedule and quality. Lead a team to complete the software development project tasks or exhibiting technical leadership in specific areas.
2. Set clear performance expectation, develop talents and senior technical people, coordinate with WW team and keep tracking project progress.
3. Provide frequent and clear feedback to each employee
4. Commit to attaining a positive organizational climate
5. Recruit new talents when needed
6. Work closely with different solution development teams in different locations, time zones.
7. Identify any inefficiencies in Process within the project and Propose appropriate solutions
8. Build and manage good relationship with WW labs
9. Build customer insight within team Job Requirements(skills/experiences/Qualification)


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above
2. At least 15 years’ experience in software development project
3. At least 3 years people management experience for 10+ member team
4. At least 3 years L3 support team experience
5. At least 2 years insurance industry experience is highly preferred
6. English: Fluent
7. Proven written and verbal communication skills
8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
9. Highly organized; demonstrated communication and presentation skills; self managed, proactive
10. Ability to thrive in a demanding environment requiring high degree of deadline-driven productivity, commitment, adaptability, communication, initiative and follow-through
11. Proven attention to detail and commitment to quality
