职位描述
Job title: Knitwear Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the inspection and visit schedule of all quality staff.
2. Manage all inspection documents and make sure that all documents, which are filed centrally, are up-to-date.
3. Work closely with merchandisers to summarize the key inspection points of every single style. These points will be regularly updated as each inspection might find new issues.
4. Set-up and maintain the central filing system, which is accessible to the authorized quality staff.
5. Make sure that all quality staff is provided with the up-to-date inspection documents and signed seal samples.
6. Quality staff will refer Critical defects and frequent Major defects to Quality Manager, who will discuss with the factories and UK technologists, to pin down the root causes and preventive measures to avoid the reoccurrence.
7. Implement necessary and appropriate quality procedures at the factories to ensure the production of good quality products.
8. Monitor the quality performance of each factory and help the factories to improve.
Requirements:
1. Colleague graduate with Bachelor’s Degree.
2. At lease 2 years experiences in textile export.
3. Detail orientated. Strong sense of responsibility. Willing to learn, willing to work under pressure.
4. Good team player.
5. Good commend in both written and spoken English.
6. Travel is a must.
7. Sufficient knowledge in quality control and quality assurance.
