Qualifications:

1. Degree-holder (science or engineering, bachelor degree as a minimum).

2. Minimum five years’ experience in a quality-related role in manufacturing.

3. Experience in working for a certification body in a product certification management and auditing roles.

4. CCAA registered ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

5. Eligible for Product Certification Lead inspector.

6. Spoken and written English language.

7. Ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels within an organization.

8. Ability to liaise effectively between foreign CB and local interests including testing labs.

9. Team work.

Responsibility:

1. Become knowledgeable on all product certification programs, specifically:

· StandardsMark

· CE Marking – Machinery

· CE Marking – LVD

· Electrical Declared Article

2. Develop and help BD team for the new business.

3. Review relevant test reports to identify the recommendation of compliance or outstanding issues.

4. Liaison with external labs for the business development and cooperation of certifications.

5. Liaise with customer service scheduling operations to identify resourcing requirements.

6. Identify new product certification opportunities.
