Responsibilities:
1)Create the SSDS code according to the contracts from the centers;根据培训中心合同创建SSDS学号
2)Modify the contracts in the system as requested; 根据要求在系统中更改合同信息
3)Complete the student database for all that has been done in SSDS;在数据库表格中录入所有在SSDS中的输入的信息
4)Manage HMM/CWSE/FT.com logins; 管理学生登陆HMM/CWSE/FT.com的权限的用户名和密码
5)Manage the Contracts and Contract Change Form on the daily basis and Answering the enquires on policy or student contract progress in the system 负责日常管理合同和变更表并且根据公司政策解答系统中各类与之相关的问题
6)Operations Daily Report 营运部门日常报表

Requirements:
1)At least 1 years' working experience in related field; 至少1年相关工作经验
2)The ability to work under high pressure and be flexible (to be shifted during the working time: 9:30am - 9:30pm on Monday – Friday（Moring shift 9:30am - 6:30pm，evening shift 12:30pm - 9:30pm , 9:00am – 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday);
能够抗压及适应灵活的工作时间。（轮班制，周一至周五9:30am - 9:30pm（早班9:30am - 6:30pm，晚班12:30pm - 9:30pm, 周末9:00am – 7:00pm）
3)Team player; 能够与团队合作
4)Good command of English both in oral and written; 良好的英文口头及书面表达能力
5)Good command of EXCEL/WORD/PPT skills; 熟练的EXCEL/WORD/PPT技能
