Major responsibilities:
- Daily Communication with Clients for:
Projects Developments (status, construction issues brought out by vendor/technician/QA, cost, etc).
Claim Settlements (status, improvements by vendors, etc).
Major Shipment Issue Report.
In-Country Trip Organizing.
- Daily Communication with Vendors for:
Projects Developments (major issues which will impact timeframe or cost).
Claim Settlements (solution or improvements, and claim amount settlement).
Major Shipment Issue (negotiating or adjustment).
Sample Review at vendors with MR and Technicians.
Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by supervisors.
Be familiar with hardline products.
