职位描述
HR & Admin Manager, China
Locate in Guangzhou.
Responsibilities:
? In charge of HR & Admin management in Guangzhou & Tianjin sites of Consumer Design Finishes Business Unit, and directly report to HR Director, Shared Service Center, Shanghai
? HR & Admin budget and forecast set down, follow up and control with strong cost sense
? Fulfill recruitment needs with the right candidates and time efficiency
? Implement people competency development system and deliver the relevant trainings
? Facilitate and continuously improve performance management (MBO) system implementation
? Make efforts with effective contribution in cultivating performance oriented culture
? Monthly C&B management, carefully check, logically judge and timely report any change
? Conduct employee survey and take effective action plan for improvement
? Manage labor and employee relations with full compliances and in a persuasive manner
? Control the risk of labor dispute in a proactive approach
? Prepare the PPTs for the management meeting of monthly global and bi-monthly China
? Guide and positively influence the management team for necessary alignment
? Facilitate the necessary changes in the organization to meet business needs
? Complete HR project before the deadline with self strictly follow up of timeline
? Keep close contact with HR Shared Service Shanghai Team for smooth HR operation
? Train, coach and motivate the administrative team to handle employee service issues, employee event, canteen, shuttle bus, etc.
Requirements,
? Fluent English
? Familiar with Excel and PPT software in an analytical manner
? Strong cross function and shared service center communication skill, and work well under pressure
? Solve problems in the context by checking full details and analyzing root cause
? Self motivated, quick learner, deep thinker, in a positive thinking style with passion
? Sensitive to numbers, figures and values to ensure right logic and data accuracy
? Planned, structured and well organized in daily HR activities
? HR 6-module smoothly running practitioner
? Willingness to travel to Tianjin site, approximate 6 times a year in an average, and available for overtime when job requests
? HR Management Professional certificate is a plus
