Duties
?Lead a team to follow through for turnkey project (full service in filling including colour make-up, toiletry kit, perfume and skin care product)
?Validate product, BOM, manufacturing processes and design inspection protocol through project engineering functions.
?Lead the team to assure administration & control of quality system and procedures for internal departments & vendors are adequately & efficiently accomplished through QA functions.
?Lead the team to assess and give recommendation on the product standard and manufacturing technology to factories.
?Reinforce workflow guidelines to clarify roles & responsibilities and enhance collaboration with all related parties and ensure effective execution.
?Participate to lead the meetings related to Engineering aspects with China factories, sales office, and customers.
?Lead the related functional teams to conduct factory evaluation/development.
?Maintain manufacturing efficiency to match required capacity.
?Anticipate and mitigate potential risks supported by contingency plan with strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting capability.
?Travel to guide, train, and scrutinize the related team’s performance and follow up with ability to give directions and plans.
?Scrutinize the decision making on the related functional team leaders.
?Support Divisional manager in KPI performance creation, tracking, and assessment of overall team associates and factories.

Requirement
?Bachelor degree or above in Organic chemistry, chemical engineering , fine chemistry or related disciplines.
?6 years+ experience in manufacturing or project management in sizeable or multinational manufacturer or buying office of which 2 years at supervisory position.
?Good product knowledge with proven record in area of filling industry or Turnkey project development experience.
?Good manufacturing knowledge in formulation, batching, assembly for process improvement.
?Good knowledge in GMPc (ISO22176),
?Good knowledge in national and international Regulation or standard (e.g. ISO 9001, EU cosmetics regulations 1223-2009, EC9462, REACH, CA Prop 65, Coneg)...
?Strong understanding of Turnkey project requirement in manufacturing and quality aspect.
?Excellent negotiation and communication skills with supplier, customer and internal dept.
?Hands on and possess analytical and trouble shooting skills.
?Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
?Fluent English
?Able to speak Cantonese is preferred.
?Good relationship with filling manufacturer in China is preferred.
?Good product knowledge in primary components, accessories, bags is preferred.
