Responsibilities: 
Set up and maintain legal risk management system of overseas business
Prepare, review, and draft business contracts and standardized contracts
Draft, amend, terminate, and explain legal documents
Responsible for due diligence of the law in India and Europe
Assist in overseas legal disputes, except patent issues
Participate in the negotiation of significant projects
 
Requirements:
5+ years of legal working experience, with 2+ years of overseas legal working experience  
Experience in dealing with disputes overseas is preferred 
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, studies or working experience overseas is an advantage
Familiar with company, procedure, contract, labor and tort liability law
Experience in the mobile phone or telecommunications industry is preferred
