Job Responsibilities:
1. To deliver GPS software implementation solutions / assets for each customer demand. The employee will be involved into different phases of the projects according to his/her skills, such as business requirement analysis, architecture design, micro design, leading development and performance tuning, etc..
2. Overall technical responsibility for the success of GPS solutions/assets related solution construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry or business specialty.
3. Delivering new and complex high quality projects to clients in response to varying business requirements.
4. Utilizing in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with business skills to influence clients
5. As IT Architect, Leading team to design and develop GPS solutions/assets, customer engagement and consulting
6. Resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal, also improving the development efficiency by adopting new methods.
7. Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across GPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.

Required:
1. BS in Computer Science with 12+ years of relevant experience, Or MS with 10+ years of relevant experience,
2. For 3+ years IT Architect Experience with deep knowledge for application development;
3. Rich project experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale Java EE web applications
4. Solid knowledge of Java technology including but not limited to EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services
5. Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
6. Solid knowledge on Database application development
7. Solid knowledge on IBM products, such as WebSphere, DB2, is a plus
8. Strong leadership skills
9. Good communication skills in both mandarin and English

Preferred:
1. Good written and verbal communication skills, be logical and well organized
2. Passion for new technology, good team work and high responsibility
3. Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
4. Experience in Insurance domain is preferred.
