A Assist design engineer for prototype building and testing. Work with design engineer in co-develop processes in harmony with product design.

B Select/specify methods/processes, tooling, gauging and equipment to efficiently manufacture components and assemblies.
C Give engineering support to and Prepare all production related documentations, such as MIL, IB, Control plan, Process map, Training line technician and operators.
D Involved into continuous improvement to improve quality, reduce cost and maximize the process capability.
E Evaluate existing or potential manufacturing problems or improvement opportunities, eliminate production bottleneck, increase productivity and productivity capacity.
F Partner effectively with production and other functions to introduce improvements, resolve problems.
G Monitors and coordinates the creation of new products' prototypes and Pilot run, such as selection of suppliers, material selection, supervising and instruction on assembly.
H Inform supervisor/manager regularly on work progress, cost, risk, scope redirection needs and stay in collaboration with supervisor. Must be a strong team player.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
A. Requires a minimum of two years experience as an engineer or equivalent and could entail as much as five or six of recognized team and progressive individual experience.

B. B.S. in Engineering or Physical Sciences or its recognized equivalent in education and experience.

Functional Skill and Knowledge Required:

A. College degree within technical school is a must.
B. Experience of Pro-E or Unigraphics and AutoCAD package tools
C. Drafting principles knowledge and experience
D. MS office, PC skills
E. Team player
