职位描述：

o Focus on enhancing the bakery retail operation and also provide support to formulate business development strategy on other food retailing business in China
o Ensure effective store utilization, maintains an optimal product mix and implement store training programmes & standard KPIs for staff
o Drive necessary changes in terms of organization structure, allocation of responsibilities and incentive plans
o Develop effective service strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and provide a consistently high level of service standards
o Provide good quality of sales forecast, budgets and monthly sales reports with valid business comments and drive for continuous growth
o Oversee store fitting-out through defining standard corporate image
o Support and develop the new retail format store in current & new markets
o Drive operations manpower planning and manage all aspects of retail operations

岗位要求：

o Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business (or similar qualification)
o At least 8 years experiences at managerial level of retail operations; and exposure in food products and China retail business
o Able to demonstrate leadership skills, with proven ability to network and foster relationships, both internally and externally
o Proven experience to expand various business lines in retail operations in China
o Excellent business acumen with good analytical skills
o Excellent communication and effective people management skills is also essential
o Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
o Stationed in China is required
