工作内容及要求
? Recruitment
1. Help in screening applications. Set up application database appropriately.
2. Coordinate in interview arrangement, including approaching candidates, venue reservation, interview reception, and etc.
3. Help in identify each candidate’s contract discontinuance status so as to ensure a proper employment contact with the company
4. Coordination in delivering offer, including offer letter output & delivery and prepare new starter packs
5. Liaise with FESCO and ensure all new hires are properly contracted according to labor law and local regulation
6. Liaise with new hires regarding compliance training and follow up on deadlines
? Benefit & Compensation
1. Collect data of monthly payroll changes
2. Coordinate with FESCO for Social Benefit & Housing Fund updating in each April and July accurately and effectively
3. Keep abreast of the issuance of new labor regulations in C&B field and IIT
4. Collect market info on B&C updates especially in insurance industry
? Training
1. Provide administrative support to Sales training program. On-site assistance to training courses if necessary
2. Attending in organizing training events by contribution of local administration support
3. Assist in e-learning courses program, new user registration, deactivate exit staff, generate report per requirement and etc.
4. Collate training information/data to complete monthly training reports for China by due
5. dates

1. Assist in Performance Management process mainly for documentation and tracking
2. Conduct annual renewal for expats’ work permit, residence permit and etc.
3. Organize and maintain filing system
4. File flex and personnel file documents
5. Administer the Human Resource information system, including maintain databases, update personnel records and produce/develop ad hoc reports as required
6. Any other responsibilities as required by the HR Manager
