工作内容：
？ Performs the functions of a tactical buyer between UCI and our Asian supplier base.
1. Ensure that the objectives of Wells and UCI are clearly communicated directly to the supply base.
2. The individual will use the Wells Cincom System to order, plan and expedite MRP requirements.
3. Adequate English skills are necessary in both written and oral communications.
4. On-site supplier visits as directed or required.
5. Continuous communication with the FDL Materials Dept.
6. Secure pre- production or PPAP samples to send to FDL Materials Dept as required.
7. Work with the Asian supply base on logistic matters such as freight consolidation, premium freight shipments and fob points.
8. Directly communicate with the Asian supply base on discrepant or rejected materials.
9. Translate supply base documents from Chinese to English when necessary.
？ Provide results in a monthly report on department goals and objectives.
