Role Purpose:
Responsible for leasing service of Industrial Workshop, Warehouse and Business Parks by representing Tenant. Closely work together with both local and multi-national clients in negotiation with landlord.

Responsibilities:

？ - Use existing client database to generate further business opportunity
？ - Build relationship with new clients through co-call, event and etc.
？ - Manage property resource by visiting the sites and landlord
？ - Support project leader to provide option search, proposal draft, fee negotiation, contract review and etc.
？ - Maintain good relationship with both client and landlord during the service progress
？ - Willing to travel to nearby cities of Shanghai frequently
？ - Contribute as an active member of team work

Qualifications:

？ - 3-5 years Sales or BD working experience
？ - Relative experience in Industrial Real Estate is preferred
？ - Bachelor degree in relevant areas of either Real Estate or Marketing
？ - Good English skills in both written and oral

Knowledge & Experience:

？ - Demonstrable real estate negotiation experience
？ - Effective project management
？ - Entry-level client consultancy skills – ability to engage with clients and help diagnose their needs

Skills & Personal Qualities:

– Pre-active and passionate
– Team-player
– Good command of English
– Good relationship management skills
– Excellent computer skills especially PPT (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
