Responsibility：

Development of strategies around client development in East China

制定华东区客户拓展战略

Implement business development plan and marketing strategies.

实施业务拓展计划和市场营销战略

Develop high quality presentation and strategic proposals.

设计高质量的讲演和战略提案

Contract negotiation with clients.

与客户谈判合同

Develop channels and mechanisms to communicate with internal staff/inter department and relationship building with market influencer.

制定与内部同事和其他部门沟通渠道和机制，与有影响力的业内人士建立良好关系

Strategic operations planning and allocation of key internal resources.

战略运营计划和内部关键资源分配

proposal management in writing and editing compelling “sales” documents and presentations from inception to completion

Requirements：

At least 5 years’ experience in services marketing that has included working on proposals and presentations
The candidate must possess:

• Excellent academic credentials and/or professional qualifications in Marketing / real estate/ Construction/civil engineering/ Fitting Out
• Strong communications skills (written and presentation), outstanding writing and influencing skills in English and Chinese
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently but with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
• Ability to work with senior professionals and manage their expectations
• Excellent multi-tasking, commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Attention to detail and design (visual)
• Understanding of cross-selling and multiple service delivery
• Expertly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
• Willing to accept OT and business trip
