Responsibility:

? Create GA/QC and HSE organization
? Ensure proper training of staff before commissioning
? Ensure required QA/QC and HSE manuals, quality standards and lab methods are available before start-up
? Ensure safe CSU and safe plant operation after start-up
? Ensure execution of QC and execute Quality assurance; manage the complaint system.
? Ensure the management system complies with local laws and regulations as well as AN standards and guidelines as well as relevant ISO standards.
? Provide HSE expertise, requested and on own account, and drive safe behaviour across the organization
? Drive quality commitment throughout the organization
