职 责：
1. Effectively source candidates for the opening positions through various channels, based on the good understanding of business need and job profile;
2. Screen the resumes, select the potential candidates, conduct interviews and recommend the suitable candidates to hiring manager;
3. Coordinate the interview process for hiring manager, HR Business Partner and other stakeholder, provide suggestion on the hiring decision, negotiate the offer, conduct the background check when needed;
4. Identify and develop the effective recruitment channels, build up and maintain good relationship with the channels, keep track on channels’ performance;
5. Contribute to and participate in projects and activities related to trainee program, employer branding, establishment of recruitment expertise of SKF China, etc
6. Work together with HR peers on improving existing working process and procedures
7. Other tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager;

要 求：
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 1-5 years’ experience in HR function;
3. Familiar with recruitment process, skilful in vacancy fulfilment;
4. Passionate for sourcing, attracting and acquiring talent;
5. Accountable, self-motivated, good team spirit, can work independently and efficiently under pressure;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Good command of English;
