职 责：
1.To ensure that staffing objectives fit evolving business objectives, drives proactive recruitment strategies and perform full lifecycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional and hard to fill roles.
2.Sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies and techniques including: online resume database, job fairs, advertising, college recruitment, professional association, networking and recruitment agencies.
3.Manage candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct telephone screens and in person interviews to access candidates overall qualification and skill sets.
4.Develop effective recruitment strategies that generate qualified applicants for open positions.
5.Manage recruitment resources including external partners and provides direct sourcing activity in a cost effective and efficient way.
6.Work on recruitment planning, screening as well as follow up meetings after interviews with the candidates.

要 求：
1.1-2 years recruiting experiences, both agency/in-house are fine with us
2.can speak and write in good English
3.logical thinking, can work under pressure
