职 责：
Take the initiative to investigate China market and explore potential sourcing opportunities.
Work with Global Purchasing Offices (US, EU and Australia) to develop the bid package for China supplier to quote.
Negotiate with China suppliers on the quotations and purchasing agreements.
Lead the projects to be implemented at China suppliers.
Monitor the supplier performance after SOP including cost, delivery, capacity, quality &etc.
Benchmark other IPO’s China sourcing activities.
Communicate and conduct meetings and formal presentations with suppliers, plant, and division personnel at all management levels.
Interact with division personnel including purchasing and engineering.
Other duties as assigned

要 求：
Degree in Business, Engineering or related filed with over 5 year of purchasing experience.
Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
Be confident, aggressive, optimistic and resilient.
Creative, self-motivated quality and result-driven work ethic
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Project management
Able to travel and work in early morning or late evening if required
Background in Automotive Interior and Electric segments
Experiences in IPO
