职 责：
A. Responsible for Business Process Documentation in accordance with GS BO Local Heads/Team Heads.
B. Representing GS BO International and co-ordinate with respective business lines for any projects that GS
BO International will be directly involved at the regional level and on a case by case basis.
C. Responsible for Operational Risk Control for GS BO International and coordinate with local responsible
for necessary follow-up.
D. Responsible for GS BO BCP documentation Review as well as the follow up of BCP testing in all GS BO
locations.
E. In charge of the NPP process as GS BO regional co-coordinator to support local responsible in testing,
documentation.
F. Acting as Key-contact for GS BO Local towards the Central Department of GS BO Global.

要 求：
Experience in project management

The ability to run or support global team to run a local project working group.

Having strong skill in Business Process Management, Business Requirement Analysis and producing
relevant documents.

Experiences in supporting business lines in preparation for implementation with training and
conversion/migration plans
Further qualification

Familiar with MS Office Tool and ability to provide well-structured Power Point Presentations
for the subject

Strong analytical skill to evaluate information gathered from various sources and identify the
underlying needs from business lines’ requests

Good communication and coordination skills

Good teamwork attitude to share responsibilities and confer with others
Language

English on a high level, Mandarin on a high level
