职 责：
Responsible for procuring electronic components, hardwares and other production supplies at the optimum balance of price, quality, delivery and service to satisfy business requirements.

Job Descriptions:
Source, negotiate and recommend competitive suppliers based on Purchase Requisition to get achievement in quality, price, delivery & service.
Uses computerized MRP system to analyze material requirements for BOM materials to support production schedules based upon delivery requests.
Open Purchase Order follow up for timely delivery to ensure user’s requirement
Work with Warehouse, Production and QC for complaint of quality and service issues to supplier.
Supplier management and evaluations on goods quality and delivery service. Establishes and develops supplier relationships.
To accomplish the other task assigned by the company.

要 求：
Required Skills:
BS Degree with at least 3-5 years of applicable experience, preferably within the electronics industry.
Working knowledge of MRPII and office software.
Common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for commodities and services. Negotiation skill is required.
Good attitude/personality, communication skill and team working skills with a sense of urgency
Proficiency in oral, reading and written English
