? Over 5 years working experience in C& B area, operation background is a plus
? Familiar with local law and regulations
? Strong analysis skills
? Good command of both written and spoken English

职 责：
To provide continuous support on Foods ERC monthly rolling forecast to build analysis capability and drive accuracy accountability during a certain period of time. Support business ad-hoc request on people cost, assist manager to fulfill internal process standardization and sustainability

? Support line manager to do monthly rolling forecast for Foods to control people cost
? Assist on ad-hoc mini survey requests
? Support to improve process/system effectiveness & efficiency
? Support various cost analysis reports as required by business
? Any ad-hoc task/program support

1. Consolidate and pre-analysis forecast templates to Manager’s review on time;
2. Give on time aid to HR BP during forecast rolling collection;
3. Get actual cost happing from IBM SSC team with no data/formula error;
4. Track foods actual people cost compare with AOP;
5. Build up data pool for cost analysis per business request
